Customers are happier with Microsoft Surface design and features, rather than Ipad, a survey says People in search for a new tablet, that looks sleek and offers a lot of productivity, might favor Microsoft Surface instead of Apple, a new J.D. Power research has revealed. Apple, which has based their business model on user’s comfort and streamlined design, seems to underdeliver in both spheres when it comes to the Ipad. The Albuquerque company ranked highest in this year’s survey for the first time ever, reaching an overall satisfaction score among tablet owners of 855 out of a 1,000 max.
